Rev. Ibiyeomie recalls, “The stadium was full, outside full everywhere, nowhere…After that night of glory, the biggest programme ever in Port Harcourt was that night of glory.” This historic crusade marked a turning point, making his ministry a spiritual powerhouse in Nigeria.
Hockmer International Academy: A Vision for Education
Following his divine mandate, Rev. Ibiyeomie ventured into education to empower future generations. In 2011, he established Hockmer International Academy, a primary and secondary school, which has since become one of Nigeria’s top institutions.
“On September 21st, 2011, Hockmer International Academy Infant and Junior School was established…now standing as Nigeria’s best secondary school,” he noted with pride. Under his leadership, the school has consistently ranked among the top educational institutions in Nigeria.

He shared that, early in his ministry, he donated the entirety of his first substantial earnings as a pastor. “The first money that entered my hand as a pastor could buy a V-Boot,” he recalled, “but I chose to give it all.”
His generosity even extended to funding the construction of his church building. “I called the engineer…I said, ‘how much will it take?’ He said, ‘don’t raise the offering, I will give the offering first.’ And I gave the engineer the entire money.”

“On my 60th birthday, I gave scholarships to 1,000 persons…My money goes for charity more than anything else,” he affirmed. His philanthropic efforts extend beyond Nigeria, impacting communities as far as Liberia and Sierra Leone with medical aid, scholarships, and infrastructure support.
One of his most touching acts of generosity was supporting an elderly staff member with a home. “There is a staff at a grouper site…Papa gave a car, bought the car for the person,” a gesture that reflects his value for loyalty and faithfulness.
