Accra, Ghana – Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Founder of Action Chapel International, has urged believers to return to God’s original pattern for life, warning against the dangers of straying from divine principles.
Speaking at a service at Action Chapel International on Spintex Road, Accra, the Archbishop emphasized that many have deviated from God’s intended way of living. “We have erred, we have strayed away from the patterns of God, and whenever we go against the patterns of God and live life as we see fit, we are in trouble,” he declared.
Quoting Scripture, he reminded the congregation that God’s ways are higher than human understanding. “The Bible said that his ways are not our ways, neither are his thoughts our thoughts, and as the heavens are above the earth, so are his ways and thoughts above ours. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to go back to the original patterns,” he urged.

The Archbishop warned against self-reliance, cautioning that education and personal achievements should not lead people to disregard God. “We can get to a place through education and brilliance where we conclude that we are okay, we don’t need God, we can function and do without him, but that is a deception,” he stated.
He reiterated the words of Jesus, emphasizing total dependence on God. “Jesus said the other day, ‘Without me, you can do nothing,’ and it is what it is,” he affirmed.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams concluded by calling on Christians to align their lives with God’s blueprint, reminding them that rejecting divine order leads to downfall. “The fall of humanity is the rejection of the pattern of God, the way of God, and God’s ways are not our ways,” he said.
His message served as a wake-up call for believers to re-evaluate their lives and seek alignment with God’s original plan.
