During his recent sermon on Sunday 27th April 2024, Pastor E. A. Adeboye shared a profound testimony of divine intervention for a woman long afflicted by barrenness. Married for over 14 years without a child, she had faced the threat of rejection from her husband’s relatives.
“She was weeping during the service,” Pastor Adeboye recounted. “God simply sent me to tell her, ‘Weep not.’” A year later, the woman returned to the altar, this time carrying two miracles—twins—one in each arm.
“When God visits you, dry tears turn into testimonies,” Pastor Adeboye declared. “I have come to tell somebody here today: weep not!”
The story served as a powerful reminder to the congregation. Even in seasons of hopelessness, God sees, hears, and moves in His perfect time.
Pastor Adeboye encouraged all who are trusting God for their own miracles. He urged them to hold onto faith. He assured them, “Before the sun sets today, your prayer shall become a testimony.”
