Apostle Joshua Selman: “God Is Disrupting the Church to Realign His People”

In a prophetic sermon titled “New Wineskins: Disruptions and Realignments”, Apostle Joshua Selman declared that many of the disruptions taking place within the body of Christ are divinely engineered, not demonic.

Speaking from Matthew 9:17, he warned that trying to pour new wine into old wineskins would result in loss.

“God is intentionally folding away old wineskins—old mindsets, old methods, and rigid religious structures—so He can release fresh anointing,” Apostle Selman stated.

He described the season as a Spirit-led reformation, urging believers and leaders to submit to divine realignment. “You cannot put new wine in old wineskins. If God delays a move, it’s because the vessels available are unfit to carry it,” he warned.

Preaching at the church where he pastors, Eternity Network International in Nigeria, Apostle Selman also affirmed that the greatest hindrance to God’s move is not demons, but the unrenewed minds and outdated belief systems of His people. “God is not just looking for preachers—He’s looking for men and women willing to trade old wineskins for new ones,” he said.

The message challenged the Church to evaluate its paradigms and prepare for the next phase of divine outpouring.
