Introduction:
At the electrifying Day 4 Evening Session of the Greater Works 2025 Conference, Bishop Tudor Bismark (Founder of New Life Covenant Church, Zimbabwe) thundered a prophetic and practical message titled “Going Forward”.
With spiritual fervor and biblical depth, he challenged individuals, families, and nations to break free from delay, discouragement, and distraction—and move forward with unstoppable faith. “Shout it with power,” he charged, “I’m going forward!”
Key Highlights of the Sermon:

Bishop Bismark grounded his message in Exodus 14:15, where God commanded Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to go forward.”
This divine instruction became the heartbeat of the evening. “Going forward,” Bishop defined, “is moving ahead after distraction or delay… it means pushing through opposition and persecution.”
He painted powerful pictures of biblical families who progressed by faith:
- Noah, who obeyed God’s seemingly impossible command and built the ark for 120 years.
- Abraham, who moved forward after separating from Lot and was rewarded with divine blessing.
- David, who repented deeply and still declared, “I’m going forward.”
- Joshua and Caleb, who defied doubt and entered the Promised Land declaring, “We are well able!”
But he didn’t shy away from families that failed to move forward—like Lot, who “learned nothing from a man that was a resource of wisdom.” Lot’s entitled, visionless decisions led to loss, incest, and generational curses. “He was a leech,” Bismark declared, “and leeches don’t go forward.”
The bishop boldly confronted systems like Pharaoh’s Egypt that enslave and hold people back. “You’re not going back to onions and garlic,” he declared, “you’re going forward!” He called out the devil’s lies—“You’re inadequate… You’re unworthy…”—and countered them with: “Devil, leave me alone. I’m going forward!”
Bishop Bismark also outlined the four kinds of soil (Matthew 13) as metaphors for seed sowing:
- By the wayside – Sow everywhere.
- Among – Sow among those around you; destiny is among people.
- On – Sow on those who resist you—bless them.
- Into – Sow into deep places that bring a wide-reaching harvest.
With prophetic fire, he showed how even past mistakes (like Abraham’s Ishmael or Noah’s drunkenness) could become divine transportation to destiny. “God can use what went wrong,” he said, “to carry you forward.”
Conclusion:

Bishop Bismark’s message wasn’t just a sermon—it was a spiritual summons. A clarion call to every believer to rise up, break limitations, and step boldly into the land God has prepared.
“I and my house,” he led the crowd to declare, “we will serve the Lord. We will go forward!”
