ADENTA, GHANA – The International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Holy Ghost Temple was filled with joy and gratitude as Prophet Christopher Yaw Annor marked his 70th birthday with a grand Thanksgiving Service today, Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
The service, attended by clergy, dignitaries, traditional leaders, family, and friends, celebrated not only Prophet Annor’s life but also his decades of faithful ministry. Delivering a heartfelt tribute, ICGC General Overseer, Pastor Mensa Otabil, praised him as “extraordinarily ordinary, yet God has used his simplicity and prayerful life to impact generations.”
In his own remarks, Prophet Annor expressed deep gratitude: “As I stand before you today, my heart is overflowing with joy and thanksgiving. I give all glory to God who has kept me through every season of my life.” He also honored his wife, Mama Wisha, calling her “my partner, confidant, encourager, and greatest earthly blessing.”
The highlight of the event was the announcement of his forthcoming book, Faith That Moves Mountains, to be launched on Sunday, 28th September 2025. Prophet Annor said the book embodies his lifelong message: “Faith in God truly moves mountains.”
The celebration featured soul-stirring music, tributes from colleagues and family, and prayers for continued health, impact, and legacy.
