Award-winning gospel musician Joe Mettle has unveiled his newest project — a stunning multipurpose music and media complex known as Reverb Studio, located in Accra. The facility, which doubles as a creative hub and retreat center, marks a significant milestone for Joe Mettle Ministries and Ghana’s gospel music industry.
During the exclusive media tour, Joe Mettle shared the inspiration behind the state-of-the-art building, saying, “This was a vision that God gave us some time ago, and I’m grateful that it’s gradually taking shape. We wanted to create a space not just for recording but also for rest, creativity, and collaboration.”
The complex features a fully equipped main studio, rehearsal room, media suite, control room, lounge, and multiple offices and accommodation spaces. It also includes a kitchen, server room, and reception area, all built to international standards. Mettle added, “Apart from the work, we created spaces where people can stay, retreat, and work. The bigger rooms have bunk beds to host visiting teams and guest artists.”
The facility was designed by architect Kofi Karikari and his team, and seamlessly integrates cutting-edge sound systems and networking technology. “The entire building is properly networked,” Joe explained. “You can control the audio studio from the media room upstairs or the rehearsal studio downstairs. Everything is interconnected.”
The launch event attracted top industry personalities, including Kuami Eugene, Kaywa, and other renowned creatives. Expressing his admiration, one guest said, “What Joe has built here is world-class. Even many mainstream artists don’t have this. He’s setting a new standard for gospel excellence.”
Joe Mettle emphasized that Reverb Studio is not limited to gospel musicians. “It’s open to all creatives,” he said. “We even plan to have private chefs available for clients based on their preferences. It’s about excellence in both music and experience.”
With the unveiling of Reverb Studio, Joe Mettle Ministries continues to demonstrate leadership in merging faith, creativity, and innovation — a move that will undoubtedly shape Ghana’s music landscape for years to come.
