Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah, a seasoned pastor, leadership trainer, and resident minister of ICGC Greater Grace Temple, Bubiashie Control, is set to launch three new books designed to equip the body of Christ for more effective ministry. The event will take place on Saturday, 6th December 2025, at 12 noon at the ICGC Greater Grace Temple, Bubiashie Control, Accra.
The books—Effective Kingdom Workman II: 7 Qualities of a Church Worker, Team Dynamics & Ministry Effectiveness, and Ouvrier Efficace du Royaume (French Edition)—offer practical, Bible-based guidance for Christian leaders, church workers, and believers passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission.
Speaking about Effective Kingdom Workman II, Rev. Dr. Adjei-Acquah explained that the book was “inspired by Jesus’ words, ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few’ (Matthew 9:37).” He added, “It was born out of a deep desire to see believers effectively fulfill the Great Commission with excellence and purpose.”
On Team Dynamics & Ministry Effectiveness, he emphasized that “doing ministry effectively is more than passion—it’s about raising and working with people who share the vision.” He noted that even great biblical leaders “like Moses, David, Elijah, and Jesus Himself relied on teams to carry out God’s assignment.”
Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah has trained and mentored over 100 churches across Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, and Botswana, using these teachings to raise competent and effective Kingdom workers.
The book launch promises to be an inspiring gathering of ministry leaders, church workers, and believers committed to advancing God’s Kingdom.
