The International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Transformation Temple in Kasoa marked its 25th anniversary with an unforgettable Night of Transformation Service with Pastor Mensa Otabil on Friday 7th November 2025 that brought together hundreds of members, ministers, and dignitaries to celebrate God’s faithfulness and rededicate the church to a new season of transformation.
The grand service, themed around gratitude and renewal, featured powerful moments of worship, testimonies of growth, and the long-awaited dedication of the Transformation Temple building by Dr. Mensa Otabil, General Overseer of ICGC.
In a deeply moving message titled “Transformed by Jesus,” Dr. Otabil emphasized the transforming power of Christ over every life circumstance, drawing from Mark 5:1–7. “The ministry of Jesus is about transformation,” he declared. “If He could turn water into wine and deliver a man possessed by a legion of demons, then the same Jesus can transform your life today.”
He further encouraged the congregation to value the presence and Word of God above all else. “If you want the power of God manifested in your church,” he said, “focus on worship and the Word — because His presence alone can subdue every darkness.”
The ceremony also traced the church’s inspiring 25-year journey under the leadership of Rev. Ernest Obeng-Manful, from a small gathering in 2000 to a thriving district hub birthing multiple ICGC assemblies. The event featured worship ministrations, choreography by the Olives, and tributes to founding members and community partners who helped shape the church’s impact in Kasoa.
After Dr. Otabil’s powerful message and prayer of dedication, he unveiled the commemorative plaque, declaring, “Transformation Temple will not only be a church you attend — it will be the story of your life.”
The celebration concluded with a prophetic declaration of thanksgiving, praise jam, and heartfelt benediction.
