Upcoming Manual Reveals Seven Qualities Every Church Worker Must Possess

LOB Team I http://www.livingourbible.com I Thursday 20th November 2025

As churches continue to expand, the need for well-equipped workers has never been greater. This is where Rev. Philip Adjei-Acquah’s Effective Kingdom Workman becomes invaluable. The book exposes a widespread weakness in today’s church—that many believers “treat lightly the importance of being diligent and effective in the service they render to God.” With clarity and depth, it reveals the seven qualities every Christian must cultivate to serve well.

Using the metaphors of a son, soldier, athlete, farmer, workman, vessel, and servant, the book explains what excellence in ministry looks like. The author emphasizes that “a baby Christian cannot be an effective Church worker,” urging believers to grow through prayer, Word study, discipline, and spiritual maturity. The segment on prayer stands out: “Nothing of eternal importance is ever accomplished apart from prayer… A prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian.”

The book has already received high commendation from pastors and ministry leaders for its practicality, scriptural depth, and relevance to modern volunteer ministry.

OFFICIAL LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT

To this end, Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah will officially launch these three transformative books on Saturday, 6th December 2025, at 12 noon at the ICGC Greater Grace Temple, Bubiashie Control, Accra.

The launch will follow the Equipping the Saints Conference (3rd–5th December 2025), featuring Apostle Dr. Josiah Aubin Jnr. and Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah as speakers.
