The story of Joseph in Genesis 39 exemplifies triumph over adversity through faith, perseverance, and divine presence. Adversity does not determine our destiny; divine companionship can transform challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
4 Marks of a Good Father
Joseph, the father of Jesus, sets an example of a good father in Matthew 1:18-25. He did what is right, respected his partner, obeyed God's guidance, and was sensitive to the Lord's prompting. Good fathers emulate these qualities.
God is at work
In Genesis 50, Joseph buries his father and he also dies after many years. The one message that runs through is that God will visit His people and make them a great nation.
