The launch of three new ministry books—Team Dynamics and Ministry Effectiveness, Effective Kingdom Workman II, and the French edition Ouvrier Efficace du Royaume—by Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah drew an impressive gathering of pastors, leaders, and distinguished guests at ICGC Greater Grace Temple, Bubiashie. The atmosphere was both celebratory and deeply spiritual, as the books were unveiled with strong endorsements from senior ministers.
Reviewing Team Dynamics and Ministry Effectiveness, Rev Daniel Adu-Amankwah spoke passionately about its impact: “I just couldn’t put it down because of the enormous power, the enormous weight this book comes with… Ministries often fail not because we lack vision, but because we lack systems and functioning relationships.” He stressed that the book offers practical solutions for the real challenges leaders face in ministry.
Apostle Jeromy, who translated the French edition, described remarkable testimonies from using the book in leadership training: “I discovered many changes in the life of my workers… This book is the one we need for this moment. It will bring a big change in the church in Africa”.
Speaking on the inspiration behind the books, Rev. Dr. Philip Adjei-Acquah said, “If there is anything I’d love to do on earth, that is to be a servant in God’s kingdom… Ministry suffers not because pastors are not committed, but because they are not able to build sustainable teams to support the work.” He emphasized that every believer is called to serve effectively and that these books were written to strengthen both leaders and workers in the Body of Christ.
The event concluded with a powerful prayer dedicating the books, proclaiming, “Let the doors of many more countries be opened… Let it be a textbook in Bible schools”.
