On the Godman Akinlabi Podcast hosted by Pastor Godman Akinlabi, Nigerian businesswoman and author Ibukun Awosika shared practical wisdom on consistency, integrity, and building strong support systems.

“You build around yourself an ecosystem of support rather than one that will pull you down,” she said. “You’re the one that chooses the people you empower to influence your life.”

“If you are intentional about making sure that your circle of influence aligns with where you want to go, then you’ve created a safeguard,” she explained.
She also stressed the role of family, friendships, faith communities, and marriage in sustaining moral consistency and upright living.
