Rev. Christopher Yaw Annor has encouraged Christians not to face life’s battles alone but to deliberately invite Jesus into every difficult situation, assuring believers that Christ still specializes in transforming hopeless circumstances into testimonies. He delivered the message during the opening Revival Saturday of ICGC’s 2026 40 Days of Power at Christ Temple East in Teshie-Accra.
Using the account of Martha and Mary after the death of Lazarus, Rev. Annor explained that although their brother had been buried for four days, they still brought Jesus to the place of their greatest pain. He challenged worshippers to follow the same example in every area of life.

“Invite Jesus into your situation… The difficult one. Martha and Mary involved Jesus in their brother’s death. Today, don’t be passive.“
The preacher reminded believers that what appears to be the end from a human perspective often becomes the starting point for God’s miraculous intervention. He encouraged the congregation to continue believing despite financial struggles, family challenges, ministry pressures, career disappointments, or declining spiritual lives.
Rev. Annor further taught that God frequently communicates through His Word during seasons of prayer and fasting, urging Christians to carefully record every revelation the Holy Spirit impresses upon their hearts because those words carry both grace and future direction.
He concluded with a strong declaration that Jesus Christ remains unchanged and still possesses the power to heal, restore, revive, and resurrect every area of life surrendered to Him.
“Your current situation is not your final destination… When Jesus steps in, revival comes.“
